Ingredients: Vegerarian capsule (emulsifier [hypromellose]), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), emulsifier (microcrystalline cellulose). Produced in a facility that handles ingredients from milk, wheat, egg, peanut, soya, nut (hazelnut), fish (collagen).

Recommended Use: Take 2-3 capsules at night before bed on an empty stomach with 250ml (~8 fl oz) of water. Use for 8 weeks followed by a 4 week off-cycle.
