2. Is registration necessary to be able to place an order?

No. You can place an order without registering, as a Guest.

3. I can't remember my password, what should I do?

ORDERING

1. How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed:

2. I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation to the email address provided. What should I do in this situation?

If for any reason you have not received confirmation of your order to your email address, please contact us immediately at info@shaman.pl.

3. Is it possible to send an order abroad?

Delivery of goods is limited to the territory of Poland. It is currently not possible to ship orders outside Poland.

4. Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You do not need to create an account to place an order in our shop, you can place an order as a Guest.

5. Can I cancel an order I have placed?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@shaman.pl with your order number.

6. Can I change anything in the order I have placed?

Yes, if the order has not yet been processed.

7. Can I pick up the goods in person?

Unfortunately, we do not offer personal collection of goods - however, we do provide a large selection of shipping methods and free delivery from £199.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. How do I pay for my order?

We offer convenient payment methods. When placing an order in our shop, orders can be paid for by:

  • in advance (before collecting the order) - via Przelewy24 (electronic transfer, BLIK mobile payment) or Dotpay (payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro),
  • upfront - by traditional bank transfer to our bank account (when choosing this method of payment, please write your order number and the name of the person placing the order in the title of the transfer),
  • in arrears - on receipt of the subject of the order.

2. I have chosen a traditional transfer - where can I find the transfer details?

The account number for a traditional bank transfer can be found under Contact Please write your order number and the name of the person placing the order in the title of the transfer.

3. I have selected an online bank transfer payment which has failed - what should I do?

RETURNS, COMPLAINTS, EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

1. How do I return ordered products?

To return the products you have ordered, please complete the withdrawal form and return it by email to: info@shaman.pl or by post to: SHAMAN Joanna Śniegocka, ul. Długa 23, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski.

2. Can I return ordered products in person at the shop premises?

Returned products should be sent back to the address of our registered office: SHAMAN Joanna Śniegocka, ul. Długa 23, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski. It is not possible to return them in person.

3. Can I send the products back using cash on delivery?

The parcel with returned products should be paid for by the sender. If the goods are returned to the Seller via a cash-on-delivery service, the Seller will deduct the cost of collection incurred and will deduct this amount from the value of the refund due to the withdrawal from the contract by the Consumer.

4. When can I expect a refund for returned products?

Returns for returned products should be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of a properly completed Withdrawal Form.

5. My parcel has been damaged - how do I make a complaint?

Claims can be made by post by sending the goods back with a written description of the defect and proof of purchase, by registered mail or other form of postage to the warehouse address: SHAMAN Joanna Śniegocka, Długa 23 Street, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski. The complaint form can be downloaded here
