The NOW Foods supplement is 500 mg of calcium in the form of calcium carbonate, citrate and ascorbate and 250 mg of magnesium in the form of magnesium oxide, citrate and ascorbate. The product contains no cereals, gluten, soya, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or nuts. As a supplement, it should be taken at a rate of two tablets per day.
