Ingredients: Magnesium hydroxide, bulking agent: maltodextrin; gelatin (capsule), inulin, green tea extract, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ferric phostate, Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol acetate), niacin (nicotinamide), zinc oxide, pantothenic acid (d-calcium pantothenate), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, magnesium sulphate, vitamin B1 (thiamin mononitrate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), potassium iodide, sodium selenite, biotin (D-biotin), colourants: iron oxides, Vitamin D (cholecalciferol), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). May contain traces of milk, soy, gluten and eggs.
Recommended Use: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with food.
