How do I return the products I ordered?

To return goods, please complete the Withdrawal form, and then return it by email to: info@shaman.pl or traditionally to the seller's registered office address, i.e.: Długa 23 Street, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski. Once we receive the form, we will contact you to confirm that we have received it and to start the return procedure. The goods should be sent back immediately, no later than 14 days after receiving the order. For more information on returns, please see Regulations (11. Right of withdrawal).

My parcel was damaged - how do I make a complaint?

Claims can be made by sending the goods back, together with a written description of the defect and proof of purchase, by registered mail or other form of delivery to the warehouse address:
