The Jarrow Formulas brand supplement contains a B vitamin complex including vitamin B1 - thiamin, B2 - riboflavin, B3 - niacin, B5, B6, folic acid, vitamin B12 - methylcobalamin, biotin, choline and inositol. The supplement supports the hormonal balance of the body. Supports the nervous and cardiovascular systems. Improves the appearance of the skin, hair and nails.
The ingredients include:
- Vitamin B1 - thiamine is one of the water-soluble vitamins. It is essential for the normal functioning of the human body - it contributes to the proper functioning of the heart and nervous system. It influences adequate energy metabolism and proper psychological functions. It acts synergistically with thyroxine and insulin.
- Vitamin B2 - riboflavin is degraded when exposed to UV light. This vitamin is considered to be a water-soluble precursor of two essential coenzymes. Among other things, it is involved in oxidation and reduction processes, influences red blood cells, and is responsible for the normal function of the nervous system and the organ of vision.
- vitamin B5 - this vitamin in the human body is primarily involved in the metabolism of proteins, sugars and fats. It influences the nervous system, reduces feelings of fatigue and tiredness, is responsible for normal mental performance, energy metabolism. Pantothenic acid also contributes to the synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
- Vitamin B6 - is responsible for, among other things, the good functioning of the nervous system, immune system, metabolism: energy, protein, glycogen and homocysteine. Vitamin B6 is used for the formation of red blood cells, as well as regulating hormonal activity and supporting psychological function. It is also recommended for overtired people.
- Biotin - or vitamin B7 or, in other words, vitamin H is an organic chemical compound responsible for many biochemical reactions important to the functioning of the body. Biotin is most commonly referred to as the beauty vitamin due to the fact that, as studies show, adequate levels of it affect the appearance of hair and skin.
- Choline - a vitamin-like substance formerly known as vitamin B4. It is part of selected phospholipids. This substance contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.

Ingredients: Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and stearic acid (vegetable source).
Recommended Use: Adults take 1 capsule once a day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

This product contains Biotin which may interfere with lab/blood tests, and Nicotinic Acid which may cause a niacin flush, especially on an empty stomach.
