Vitamin B-50 is a complex of vitamins commonly included in the B group, including thiamin (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, choline, inositol, and PABA.

Product composition includes:

  • Tiamine - belongs to the water-soluble vitamins. It is essential for the normal functioning of the human body - it contributes to the proper functioning of the heart and nervous system. Regulates energy metabolism and proper psychological functions. It acts synergistically with thyroxine and insulin.
  • Ryboflavin - contributes to the proper functioning of certain enzymes, the nervous system and the organ of vision. Its deficiencies lead, among other things, to problems with mucous membranes.
  • Niacin - necessary for the normal course of metabolism, including energy metabolism. Influences the maintenance of the proper condition of mucous membranes and skin and the functioning of the nervous system. Regulated niacin levels contribute to the reduction of feelings of fatigue and tiredness.
  • Vitamin B6 - is responsible, among other things, for the good functioning of the nervous system, immune system, metabolism: energy, protein, glycogen and homocysteine. Vitamin B6 is used for the formation of red blood cells, as well as regulating hormonal activity and supporting psychological function. It is also recommended for overtired people.
  • Vitamin B12 - otherwise known as cobalamin, is an organic chemical compound that plays an important role in erythrocyte production. Vitamin B12 deficiencies mostly occur in people on vegetarian or vegan diets, as cobalamin is mainly found in animal products.
  • Biotin - or vitamin B7 or, in other words, vitamin H is an organic chemical compound responsible for many biochemical reactions important for the functioning of the body. Biotin is most commonly referred to as the beauty vitamin due to the fact that, as studies show, adequate levels of biotin affect the appearance of hair and skin.
  • Pantothenic acid - otherwise known as vitamin B5, actually a mixture of several chemical compounds: pantothenic acid, pantheine, panthenol and coenzyme A. In the human body, this vitamin is primarily involved in the metabolism of proteins, sugars and fats. It influences the nervous system, reduces the feeling of fatigue and tiredness, is responsible for normal mental performance, energy metabolism.
  • Choline - is included in selected phospholipids, which is why scientists initially included it in the B vitamins, calling it vitamin B4. This substance contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine and lipids. It also influences proper liver function.
  • Inositol - or rather myo-inositol, a single molecule stereoisomer - is particularly important for women - it is even called a women's health supplement. It can improve fertility in people with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and also sensitise the body to insulin.
  • PABA - para-aminobenzoic acid. A compound called vitamin B10 (it is part of folic acid, or vitamin B9, among other things), it is classified as a non-protein amino acid.

Recommended consumption - one tablet with a meal.
