Ingredients: Creatine monohydrate.

Recommended Use: 5g (1 scoop). Dissolve powder into 250 ml of water or juice. On workout days drink directly before or after workout. On resting days use in the morning, with a meal.

Warnings: Food supplement in the form of a powder, containing creatine monohydrate, for adults performing high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
