Ingredients: Magnesium salts of citric acid, inulin, shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate, natural vanilla flavouring), pyridoxal 5′-phosphate.

Recommended Use: 3 capsules, an hour before sleep, with a glass of water.
