Ingredients: Fish oil, shell (bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate.

Recommended Use: 2 capsules, with a meal and a glass of water.

Warnings: Food supplement in the form of softgels containing concentrated fish oil. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 milligrams of EPA and DHA.
