The product contains:
- Zinc - one of 24 micronutrients. Among other things, this mineral is involved in supporting the immune system. It is most often taken in either small (between 5 and 10 mg per day - as a preventative measure) or large amounts (between 25 and 45 mg per day - to correct deficiencies), for example to support the maintenance of optimal testosterone levels.
For supplementation, it is recommended to take one capsule of the product per day. Please note, in some people consuming the product on an empty stomach may cause indigestion.
