The product contains:
- Phosphatidylserine - PS for short, is a phospholipid that is responsible for the normal structure and function of cell membranes. PS is present in all cells of the body, but in the brain it is found in the most concentrated form.
- Cholin - is part of selected phospholipids, which is why scientists initially included it in the B vitamins, calling it vitamin B4. Today, it is known that it can only be considered a vitamin-like substance. This substance contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine and lipids. It also influences the proper functioning of the liver.
- Inositol - or rather myo-inositol, a single molecule stereoisomer - is particularly important for women - it is even called a female health supplement. It can improve fertility in people with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and also sensitise the body to insulin. Recommended intake: 1 capsule up to three times daily.
