NOW Foods brand supplement contains 500 mg of pure l-proline, a collagen-building amino acid.
The product contains:
- L-proline - an organic chemical compound, an endogenous amino acid - one that the body can synthesise on its own. L-proline is a building block of proteins and an essential component of collagen. Proline has a positive effect on the condition of joints, cartilage and tendons.
The product should be taken once or twice daily with two capsules each. It is best taken on an empty stomach.
