- Hyaluronic acid - is an organic chemical compound naturally found in organisms, including humans. It is a very important building block of connective tissue and is responsible for binding water - one gram of this substance can bind up to 6 litres of water. Most hyaluronic acid is found in the skin, joints and eyes.
- Sodium - a mineral essential for maintaining the action potential of cell membranes. It affects the pressure of body fluids and is also involved in the conduction of nerve impulses.
- ALA - alpha-lipoic acid. ALA is short for alpha lipoic acid. It is an organic chemical compound belonging to the omega-3 group of polyunsaturated fats. Unlike endogenous acids, ALA is not synthesised by the human body and must be supplied with food.
The recommended daily amount is 2 cassoules.
