The supplement contains vitamin K in the form of K2 MK7, a group of compounds - menaquinone - with a long chain.
The product includes:
- Vitamin K - influences, among other things, proper blood clotting and, together with vitamin D, supports bone health. It is naturally found in green vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage, fermented soya, eggs, potatoes, turnips and celery.
For supplementation, it is recommended to take one capsule daily preferably with a meal, unless otherwise recommended.
