The product includes:
- Natural fish oil - the best source of omega-3 fatty acids, i.e. DHA - docosahexaenoic acid and EPA - eicosapentaenoic acid, among others. The oil supports cardiovascular function, proper vision, as well as maintaining brain function.
- Vitamin E - is naturally present in nuts, tomatoes, sunflower seeds and dried apricots, among others. It is one of the vitamins that is fat-soluble. In the human body, it contributes, among other things, to the protection of cells against so-called oxidative stress.
It is recommended to be taken with meals in an amount of one to four capsules per day.
