In addition, it is a source of vitamins A, B, including B12, C, D, E, K, magnesium, and beta-carotene. One of spirulina's active ingredients is phycocyanobilin, which provides spirulina with antioxidant effects. Studies show that spirulina influences vitality, supports the immune system and increases the feeling of satiety, thus controlling body weight.
