The product includes:
- Soy lecithin - lecithin is found in every cell in the body - it is a component of cell membranes. Soy lecithin is used as a food additive. It is extracted from soya beans.
- Phosphatidylcholine - choline is essential for the normal functioning of the human body. It is part of selected phospholipids, which is why scientists initially included it in the B vitamins, calling it vitamin B4. Today, it is known that it can only be considered a vitamin-like vitamin.
