The omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids belong to the so-called good unsaturated fats. The precursor of omega-3 is alpha-linolenic acid, omega-6 is linoleic acid and omega-9 is oleic acid. They are essential in a balanced diet, as two of them cannot be produced by the human body on its own.
The product includes:
- Flaxseed oil - organic, cold-pressed, extracted from flax, which is considered an oil plant and contains a lot of protein, enzymes, as well as glycosides of oleic, linoleic and stearic acids. It is a natural source of omega-3 acids and vitamins A, B and E.
- Pleish oil - Cold-pressed, extracted from the evening primrose tree containing unsaturated omega-6 fatty acids, this oil is recommended for women who have problems with premenstrual tension, as well as those who suffer from frequent headaches. Evening primrose is also used to smooth the complexion and strengthen the nail plate. It has a positive effect on heart health and the immune system.
- Cold-pressed rapeseed oil - obtained from non-GMO plants. Considered one of the most popular oils in Poland. It is a rich source of plant sterols, oleic acid and omega-3.
- Blackcurrant seed oil - a source of unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids and gamma-linolenic acid. Also contains vitamin E, flavonoids, carotenoids and phytosterols.
- Grape seed oil - rich in unsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols, zinc, B vitamins, vitamin A, C, D, E and beta-carotene. It has a high antioxidant content.
