Ingredients: Bovine collagen peptides (VERISOL® and TENDOFORTE®).

Recommended Use: Recommended daily intake: 1 scoop (7,5 g) daily. Dissolve 1 scoop of powder into 200 ml of water or your preferred beverage or add it directly to your meal of choice. Add to appetisers, salads, breakfast, smoothies or desserts.
