The NOW Foods brand supplement contains 500 mg of PABA, or para-aminobenzoic acid. For supplementation, it is advisable to take one capsule of the product once a day preferably with food.
The composition of the product includes:
- PABA - para-aminobenzoic acid. A compound known as vitamin B10 (it is part of folic acid, or vitamin B9, among other things), classified as a non-protein amino acid. It is found in foods such as grains, eggs, milk, meat, mushrooms and even beer yeast.

Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source). Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended Use: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food.
