The ingredients include:
- Vitamin E - is a fat-soluble group of eight organic chemical compounds that include tocopherols and tocotrienols. In the human body, this vitamin contributes, among other things, to the protection of cells against so-called oxidative stress.
- Ryboflavin - is a B vitamin that is degraded when exposed to UV radiation. This vitamin is considered to be a water-soluble precursor of two essential coenzymes. Among other things, it is involved in oxidation and reduction processes, influences red blood cells, and is responsible for the normal function of the nervous system and the organ of vision. Adequate levels of vitamin B2 help reduce the feeling of fatigue, influence the appearance of the skin and the condition of mucous membranes. It also protects cells from oxidative stress. This vitamin is also essential for maintaining normal iron and energy metabolism.
- Calcium - is a macrominerals essential for the proper functioning of the body. It enters into the composition of bones, as well as some types of cell walls. In humans, it accounts for 1.4 to 1.66% of total body weight. Among other things, it is involved in blood clotting, muscle contraction, hormone secretion and the conduction of bioelectrical impulses. Calcium is also necessary for the normal functioning of digestive enzymes, normal neurotransmission and adequate energy metabolism. - Chromium - in the human body, it is responsible, among other things, for regulating macronutrient metabolism. One scientific study showed that in 46% of subjects with high levels of insulin resistance, insulin sensitivity improved by 10% after chromium treatment.
- Potassium - is an element necessary for the transmission of electrical impulses from cell to cell - the action potential - and responsible for maintaining the correct electrical tension on cell membranes - the resting potential.
