The complex contains 100 mg of hyaluronic acid, 200 mg of chondroitin in the form of chondroitin sulphate and 600 mg of hydrolysed type II collagen.

Product composition includes:

• Hyaluronic acid - is an organic chemical compound naturally found in organisms, including humans. It is a very important building block of connective tissue and is responsible for binding water - one gram of this substance can bind up to 6 litres of water. Most hyaluronic acid is found in the skin, joints and eyes.
• Chondroitin - is one of the most important building blocks of articular cartilage. This substance is responsible for eliminating the friction created between the moving parts of the joints during movement.
• Collagen - the main protein that builds connective tissue. There are 8 types of collagen depending on where it is found and the function it is intended to perform. Due to its properties, it is a component of skin, tendons, cornea of the eye, articular cartilage and endothelium, among others.
