Recommended Use: Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily.

Product contains 1000 mg of lysine, an organic chemical compound, one of the twenty protein amino acids and also an essential amino acid that the human body cannot synthesise.
Product composition includes:
- Lysine - is an essential amino acid included in most proteins that build the human body. It is involved in the production of hormones, antibodies, enzymes and collagen. Since the body cannot produce lysine on its own, it must be supplied with lysine through food. On an industrial scale, lysine is extracted from caprolactam.
It is recommended to take one tablet once to twice daily.
