Ingredients: l-citrulline, beta-alanine, taurine, amino acid (l-tyrosine), acids (ascorbic acid, citric acid, malic acid), aquamin carbonate (red algae minerals, l. corallioides), coffea arabica bean extract, caffeine citrate, choline bitartrate, black pepper extract, naringin, myristica fragrans (nutmeg) seed powder, vanillin, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides [from stevia leaf extract]), niacinamide, niacin, pyridoxine hcl, methylcobalamin, anti-caking agents (waxy maize starch, rice starch, silicon dioxide), natural and artificial flavours, mct oil (fractionated coconut oil), calcium silicate, colour (red beet powder). Recommended Use: Healthy adults only: mix 36 to 1 serving with 250-500 ml (8-16 fl oz) of water 15-45 minutes before workouts. (use 1/2 serving or less first to assess tolerance). Use only as directed.

This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. If hypersensitivity, chest pain or allergy occurs, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
