Recommended Use: Healthy adults only: Mix 1/2 to 1 serving with 250-500 ml (8-18 fl oz) of water 15-45 minutes before workouts. (Use 1/2 serving or less first to assess tolerance). Use only as directed. Secure the lid firmly after each use; leave the desiccant packets inside the jar; store jar in a cool, dry place; shake the jar gently before and after each use to help break up any clumping. Wait a few seconds after shaking, before opening the jar, to allow powder to settle.

Consumption with food supplements (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra), other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure, or with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. If hypersensitivity, chest pain or allergy occurs, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
