Ingredients: Citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, acid regulators: malic acid and citric acid, natural flavours, L-tyrosine, taurine, choline bitartrate, anticaking agents: silicone dioxide and calcium silicate, colours: beetroot red and beta-carotene, caffeine anhydrous, extract from Camellia sinensis, maltodextrin, nicotinamide, sweeteners: sucralose and steviol glycosides from Stevia, extract from Coffea robusta, extract from Panax ginseng, extract from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus, pyridoxine hydrochloride, methylcobalamin.

Recommended Use: Dissolve 3 scoops (16g) of powder into 300 ml of water. Drink around 30 minutes before workout.
