Ingredients: Creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavours, maltodextrin, black carrot concentrate, sweetener: sucralose, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, colour: vegetable charcoal.

Recommended Use: 6g (2 scoops). Dissolve powder into 300 ml of water. On workout days drink directly before or after workout. On resting days use in the morning, with a meal.
