Ingredients: EAA (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-histidine hydrochloride, L-methionine, L-tryptophan), acidity regulators: citric acid and malic acid, L-glutamine, flavouring, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, calcium salts of citric acid, magnesium salts of citric acid, anti-caking agents: calcium silicate and silicon dioxide, colour: beta-carotene, maltodextrin, sodium chloride, sweetener: sucralose, potassium chloride, extract from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus. May contain: milk, gluten, soy, fish & sulphur dioxide.

Recommended Use: 15 g (1 scoop). Dissolve powder in 500 ml of cold water. Drink during or after a workout, on rest days in the morning.
