Recommended Use: Serving: 1/3 measuring scoop = approx. 12g. Dilution ratio: 12g/350ml of water. Mix 12g (approx. 1/3 of measuring scoop) with 350ml of water. Drink maximum once a day before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
