NOW Foods' Coenzyme Q10 is 200 mg of active ingredient per tablet. In addition, 50 mg of soya lecithin, produced from non-GMO soya, and vitamin E in the form of d-alpha-tocopherol. Daily, 1 tablet of the supplement should be taken preferably with meals, sipped with water.
The composition of the product includes:
- Coenzyme Q10 - naturally occurs in the mitochondria of human cells. The body produces this substance on its own, which resembles pseudo-vitamin compounds - it is essential for life, but does not necessarily require additional supplementation. CoQ10 supports energy production in the mitochondria, and also affects the protection of cells from damage.
