The product contains:
- L-tryptophan - is an essential amino acid, i.e. one that the body cannot synthesise on its own and must be supplied in food (including eggs, fish and pumpkin seeds). A further effect of the chemical metabolism of tryptophan is the production of serotonin, commonly known as the happiness hormone.
The product should be taken once daily, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, with a drink of water.
