The ingredients include:

• Collagen - is a protein found naturally in the human body. It has a very high tensile strength - it is the main component of tendons, affects the elasticity of the skin, and forms the cornea of the eye. Due to the properties of collagen, it is used in medicine, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and also in the food industry.
• Ryboflavin - vitamin B2 is involved in, among other things, oxidation and reduction processes, influences red blood cells, is responsible for the correct functioning of the nervous system and the organ of vision. Adequate levels of vitamin B2 help reduce the feeling of fatigue, influence the appearance of the skin and the condition of mucous membranes. It also protects cells from oxidative stress.
• Biotin - is a component of hair, skin and nails and is therefore responsible for their appearance. It contributes to normal energy and macronutrient metabolism and also influences the functioning of the nervous system.
• Zinc - a mineral supplemented mainly by athletes, naturally occurring in meat, eggs and legumes, among others. It is worth taking during autumn and winter as it supports the immune system.
