Water Out by Now Foods is a supplement containing vitamin B6, potassium and the leaves and berries of 6 different herbs.

This product contains:

• Vitamin B6 - is essential for the proper functioning of the entire body. Among other things, it is responsible for the good functioning of the nervous system, immune system, metabolism: energy, protein, glycogen and homocysteine. Vitamin B6 is used for the formation of red blood cells, as well as regulating hormonal activity and supporting psychological functions. It is also recommended for overtired people.
• Potassium - needed for the transmission of electrical impulses from cell to cell - action potential, and is responsible for maintaining normal electrical tension on cell membranes - resting potential. In addition, it helps maintain muscle tone and normal blood pressure, and is involved in the synthesis of amino acids.
• Mealberry - a plant of the heath family found in the Arctic and temperate zones of the Northern Hemisphere and Guatemala. Bearberry leaves contain tannins, glycosides, flavonoids, and organic acids.
• Dandelion - an herb considered a weed in Poland. Helps maintain normal liver function. Has a beneficial effect on cholesterol levels. Stimulates digestion, thus contributing to the maintenance of normal body weight.
• Flower - also called Polish mimosa, golden rod or goldenrod. A plant of the asteraceae family containing rutin, quercetin, tannins and organic acids.
• Juniper - a coniferous plant in the cypress family with distinctive cones. It has been used in herbal medicine for many years. It is used to prepare infusions, tinctures and syrups.
• Buchu - a.k.a. birchbark, carbolian pear. An evergreen plant naturally occurring in the mountains of western South Africa. It has diuretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
• Bubbled seaweed - an algae of the brown algae family living in the Arctic Ocean, the Atlantic and numerous seas, among others. It is used as an ingredient in cosmetics, food supplements and also in cooking. It contains iodine.
