Jarrow Formulas supplement contains 150 mg biotin and 100 mg alpha-lipoic acid. It influences the digestive processes.
The product includes:
- Biotin - otherwise known as vitamin B7 or H. It is a component of hair, skin and nails and is therefore responsible for their appearance. Biotin contributes to normal energy and macronutrient metabolism, and also influences the functioning of the nervous system.
- Alpha-lipoic acid - ALA for short. It is an organic chemical compound belonging to the group of omega-3 polyunsaturated fats. Unlike endogenous acids, ALA is not synthesised by the human body and must be supplied with food.
Supplement should be taken once daily.

Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), calcium phosphate, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Recommended Use: Adults take 1 capsule once a day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
