The product includes:
- Biotin - also sometimes referred to as vitamin B7 or H. It is a component of hair, skin and nails and is therefore responsible for their appearance. Biotin also contributes to normal energy and macronutrient metabolism, and influences the functioning of the nervous system.
- Alpha-lipoic acid - ALA for short. It is an organic chemical compound belonging to the group of omega-3 polyunsaturated fats. Unlike endogenous acids, ALA is not synthesised by the human body and must be supplied with food.
The product, as part of active ingredient supplementation, should be taken once or twice a day, one tablet each.
