Ingredients: Magnesium Carbonate (as flow agent). Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Recommended Use: Take 1/8 teaspoon with food. Take with at least 8 oz. of water or other beverage. Can be taken 1 to 3 times daily in separate servings. Do not exceed 3 servings per day. DO NOT EXCEED 3 SERVINGS PER DAY.
