Ingredients: Purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring), soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin,water, natural strawberry flavor), natural strawberry flavor, RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), rosemary extract (a natural preservative).

Recommended Use: For ages 6-12 years, two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.

Warnings: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Do not take if tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children. Consult with your physician before using this product if you are allergic to iodine, or use blood thinners.
