Ingredients: Citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, natural flavour, acid regulators: malic acid and citric acid, L-tyrosine, taurine, choline bitartrate, anticaking agents: silicone dioxide and calcium silicate, caffeine anhydrous, maltodextrin, extract from Camellia sinensis, nicotinamide, sweeteners: sucralose and steviol glycosides from Stevia, extract from Coffea robusta, extract from Panax ginseng, extract from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus, pyridoxine hydrochloride, methylcobalamin, colours: riboflavin and brilliant blue FCF.

Recommended Use: Dissolve 3 scoops (16g) of powder into 300 ml of water. Drink around 30 minutes before workout.
