Ingredients: Glucomannan (Amorphophalli konjac, tubers), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Raspberry Fruit Extract (Rubus idaeus), Maltodextrin, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). This product doesn't contain artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners.

Recommended Use: Take 2 capsules with 250ml of water 30 minutes before your meal, three times per day. Do not exceed stated dose. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.
