Recommended Use: As dietary supplement, take two capsules of Black Burn in the morning (1 hour prior to breakfast). Wait at least 4 hours and take another two capsules 1 hour prior to lunch. Take the last two capsules just before dinner. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
