Ingredients: Glycerin (E422), Vegetable Capsule [Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464)], Purified Water, Chlorophyllin (E141).

Recommended Use: Adult dose is three (3) liquid capsules in the morning and three (3) liquid capsules in the afternoon. Do not take with meals. Consume at least 1 hour before a meal. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not take within six hours of sleep. Use only as directed.

Warnings: High caffeine content - 400mg per maximum daily dosage - not suitable for those who are sensitive to caffeine. Keep out of reach of children. Weight reduction using appetite suppressants is not recommended in pregnancy.
