Recommended Use: Mix about one scoop of R1 Protein with approx. 6-8 oz. of water, milk or your favorite beverage in a shaker cup or glass with spoon. Also great combined with your favorite fruit as a juicy smoothie, or try adding a scoop to oatmeal or yogurt for a fortified start to your day.
