Ingredients: 100% pure medium chain triglycerides (from coconut). Not a significant source of carbohydrate, fibre, sugars, protein, cholesterol, sodium, potassium, calcium, or iron. Packaged in a facility, which handles ingredients from milk, soy, fish (collagen).

Recommended Use: Healthy adults only: Enjoy 1 serving (1 tablespoon/15 ml) once daily with food. To assess individual tolerance, start with 1/3 serving (1 teaspoon/5 ml) with food. Add to protein shakes, coffee, tea, salad dressing, sauces, or drizzle over meals. Not recommended for use in frying due to low smoke point of pure C8 and C10 MCTs.
