Ingredients: 100% Fractionated Coconut Oil (medium chain triglycerides). Proudly packaged in our facility, which handles ingredients from milk, soya, wheat, fish (collagen).

Recommended Use: 1 serving (1 tablespoon/15ml) once daily with food. To assess individual tolerance, start with 1/3 serving (1 teaspoon/ 5ml) with food. May consume up to 3 tablespoons per day. Add to protein shakes, coffee, tea, salad dressing, sauces, or drizzled over meals. Not recommended for use in frying due to low smoke point of pure C8 and C10 MCTs.
