Ingredients: Purified arctic cod liver oil, soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural flavor), natural flavor, RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), rosemary extract (a natural preservative). Vitamins A and D are naturally occurring in cod liver oil. Each serving contains up to 190mcg RAE (21% DV) for vitamin A and less than 2% of the DV for vitamin D. No gluten, milk derivatives, or synthetic dyes.
Recommended Use: Adults take three soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional.
