The Nordic Naturals brand supplement contains omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids belong to the so-called good unsaturated fats. The precursor of omega-3 is alpha-linolenic acid, omega-6 is linoleic acid and omega-9 is oleic acid.
