The Swanson brand complex is 1,000 mg of vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid and 15 mg of rosehip extract.

This product contains:

• Vitamin C - or L-ascorbic acid, is one of the most popular vitamins. It has antioxidant properties, strengthens teeth and gums, improves immune function and helps wounds heal. It is water-soluble. It is a natural antioxidant that is used, for example, during colds.
• Wild rose - a shrub of the rose family found in temperate and warm areas of the northern hemisphere. In Poland it is considered a common species. Ripe rosehips contain large amounts of vitamin C, tannins, essential oils, carotenoids and organic acids.

It is recommended to take one capsule once to twice a day preferably with meals, drinking water.
