Ingredients: CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, Micronized Creatine Monohydrate‌, L-Arginine Hydrochloride, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Malic Acid)‌, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide‌, Calcium Silicate)‌, Flavourings, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine‌, Caffeine Anhydrous‌, Bulking Agent (Polydextrose), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K)‌, Colours (Beta-Carotene, Brilliant Blue FCF), L-Ascorbic Acid, Nicotinamide, Methylcobalamin, Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid, Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate‌. Recommended Use: Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 150-200ml of water 20-30 minutes before training.
