Ingredients: CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, Micronised Creatine Monohydrate‌, L-Arginine Hydrochloride, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Malic Acid)‌, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine‌, Flavourings, Caffeine Anhydrous‌, Colour (Beetroot Red), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia), Bulking Agent (Polydextrose), L-Ascorbic Acid, Nicotinamide, Methylcobalamin, Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid, Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate. Recommended Use: Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 150-200ml of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed daily dose and do not use continuously for more than 8 weeks.
