- Wild rose - a shrub of the rose family found in temperate and warm areas of the northern hemisphere. In Poland it is considered a common species. Ripe rosehips contain large amounts of vitamin C, tannins, essential oils, carotenoids and organic acids.
It is recommended to take one capsule once to twice a day preferably with meals, drinking water.
